Laurey Wyble Custom Builder was our designer and builder and we had a terrible experience! Wyble abandoned our project before finishing and left subcontractors unpaid. If you are looking at her CAPS desination - you should be aware that our bathroom which had a wheelchair circle in the plans ended up short. This (as we have found out from a GOOD CAPS designer) was due to many different errors and things LWCB did not take into account! So many mistakes were made in our home and so much shoddy workmanship is present is is too much to list here! We have code violations, our tub leaked through the ceiling to the floor below, our bay window leaked repeatedly, our porch posts were never attached, our deck is wavy, things are level -- our dream home has become a nightmare. NOT RECOMMENDED (Mid-Michigan area)
