How can I review a business in the Directory?
- Locate the business you would like to review
- Click on the "Add Review" link (to the right of the listing)
- Fill out the form
Your name and email address are required for verification purposes.
- Click on Submit
Your comments are submitted for review and will be available after
approval. If it is a negative review the business owner will be
contacted for verification and rebuttal before it goes live on the public
side.
If you are new to our Directory before you submit your listing, you need to
first register for an account. You can use the link "List
Your Business" to set up
your account. Once you have registered and are approved you may then login to
your account and add your business to the Directory by selecting the type of
Membership that you want for your business.

Q 1. How can I advertise or list my business in the
aip@Home
Resource Directory?
A. You may advertise or list your business
in the AIP@Home Resource Directory by first registering for an account. Once you
have registered you may then login to your account, choose the type of listing
that you want and add your information.

Q 2. My business is already in

Resource Directory and I'd like to upgrade it. How
do I do that?
A. Contact us with your listing information and will help you with the upgrade.

Q 3. How much does it cost to list my business?
A. Prices vary depending upon the type
of listing you select. Please see the comparison chart for the types of
listings available and cost.

Q 4. What business information can I have in my
listing?
A. Depending on the type of listing that you select for your
business, you may include any of the following: Business Name, Full Address, Phone
Number, Fax Number, Business Email, Contact Person Website URL, Business Logo, Business

Q 5. Can I list more than one business?
A. Yes! After you've logged in to your account click on the "Add Business" link from within your
account and add as many businesses as you want. However, you must select and
make payment (if required) for EACH business you list before that individual
business listing will be activated.

Q 6. I do not see my category in the aip@Home
Resource Directory?
A. If you do not see a category (or subcategory) that's
appropriate for your business then
please contact us
with your suggestions and we'll get it/them included.

Q 7. I just listed my business and I don't see it in the aip@Home Resource Directory?
A. Please login to your account and click on the "Edit Business" link
and verify that you see a category listed on your business information page.
If
you do not see the category that you selected during registration then click on
the "Add Category" link to select your category again. After you have selected
your category you should see it appear on your business information page as well
as see your listing appear in the Directory.
If you do see your category listed on your business information page within
your account, but you do not see it listed in the Directory under the
category that you selected, then please login to your account to verify that
your listing status is "Approved". If it is a paid
listing and it says Pending then we are waiting
for your payment to be verified. Once it is
verified your listing will be approved (usually within 24 hrs of payment)
and it will then appear under your category(s)
in the aip@Home Resource Directory.

Q 8. I have forgotten my password to login to my account?
A. If you have forgotten your password then please visit our
Reminder
page input the Email Address you used to register an e-mail will be sent to you with your Username and Password.
