The La Conner Retirement Inn is a 49,4000 sq. ft. Retirement Inn with 7 cottage units across the street. The La Conner Retirement Inn won Project of the year. The Oak Harbor Retirement Community is 130 units, 101,000 sq. ft. and offers both Assisted and Alzheimers care and also won Project of the Year.
