In the “A Look Ahead: Whole House Remodel” piece in our August Bulletin – we mistakenly said this would be an ADA compliant home when finished. Thanks to Louis Tenenbaum who pointed out “The ADA is a set of strict prescriptions that apply to public and commercial spaces. The ADA has nothing whatsoever to do with houses.” Which is correct. This remodel is better described as Universal Design. We apologize for our error.
